customer used toner for di3010 in this machine and error 2557 appeared. i swapted the toner drive module(the module of gears behind toner hopper) with one i removed from a machine at my warehouse_ but error remains. I replaced developer and machine is ok.
I put toner drive (the customers) in my machine at warehouse and error 2557 appeared.. I checked gears and solenoids and looks ok is there any advise how to fix this module , a picture or something or i have to replace it all?
