I got the above machine that's corner folding prints on the leading edge o both corners. This only occurs when the output settings is set to face down. The machine does not have finisher and relay unit.
I cleaned fuser unit gears and bearings plus the unit that turns prints to face down but the fault still occurs. I also checked all guides and all is ok.
Need assistance to fix the fault.
