    Minolta Di 3510 Toner Drive locked and popping

    Should I replace the toner drive assy? where can I find the part numbers and a replacement procedure?

    A bottle jammed in wrong, or trying to put the wrong bottle in can bend the shaft in the assembly. You can get an allready built assembly, or just replace the bracket. As far as how to, remove finisher, back cover, front covers , the cover over the laser and toner bottle and by then you will see your target. Remove the assembly and rebuild. If you are doing it for the first time give yourself one and a half hours. The part number for the bracket is 4030-0214-02.

      Been there and done that. Looks like the part is up to a -04 now. They have beefed up the drive assembly from the original units. Might pay to check the latest bulletins.
