Hi
Got a problem with km Pager 4650 En printer.
IT ptints strange bubble artifact one for a couple of ptints.
Any ideas?

Take a picture and post it here as it gives us better idea what is wrong. Overall page and one detailed would be great!

Do they look like RAIN DROPS on the print?? What color are they? Change that color IU.

i was posting with my phone, and the picture didn't attached. Yes, they look like raindrops. this is mono printer, and the drum unit is new.

GOT IT! take a look at the picture.

This is the test page, and the raindrops don't print on every page, but one of several pages. like one page they print, and another four, five don't.

Pull out toner cartridge and look at the drum!! looks like damage.

i did that, the drum looks fine. it's hard to disassemble, but i did it, and it's ok. like i said: it's not always, it prints sometimes. I think it's something wrong with the chemistry between toner and developer...
