    Bh601 paper size issue

12x18 in tray 3,4 and bypass is always recognized as A3.
When I put anything in bypass, the only standard paper sizes are A or B sizes we want standard inch sizes.
Marketing has been set to US. I cannot seem to find any other settings for this. There is "tray"calibration in Service Mode but not available for bypass.
Someone please point out the obvious that I am missing...

Thanks, but I tried that... everything is set to B Series.

*edit* I just switched it to K series (whatever that is) and back to B. I had to switch to B Series three times to make it stick; however, suddenly auto-detect started working--which is good enough.

      Standard Sizes still show:

And 12x18 is still showing as A3, but the main issue is cured
(I need to start bringing my voodoo stick with me at all times)

Weird. The other day i had a C452 that change only tray 3 to inch all the other trays was set to metric.
Puzzled me for a while when in doubt do a system error clear and it was fixed again.

The table 1 table 2 setting for the original length detection also needs to be toggled if the machine only detects A3 from the platen.
        But why??
        Whatever
