    I hear you allen. I do whatever to make that extra profit.

    Never knew about the C360 dev units just the drums.

    Few examples of what I have done to make extra profit, as soon as there was a C253 fuser roller available I "attempted" to rebuild the unit (for those who don't know fuser was sold as complete unit, no parts avail). After many hours over a course of a month I finally was able to do it. Now I can do one in about an hour. $30 roller vs $500 fuser unit !!!

    Also rebuilt the IU's for the C253, new drum, blade, developer, chip. $75 vs $400 (color IU's)
