Bizhub 250 needs Reboot after standby Error Message Reposition the Original

Hello appreciated Specialist,

our Bizhub 250 brings a Error Message Up after a while without doing any copy and the trying doing one. The Message is "Reposition the Original".
THe Original is not the problem by all and the only way i found to make the Bizhub copying again is restart him , Is there anybody how knows about this behavior?
