    Hi can inserting infected(virus) USB drive directly into the machine make it corrupt with virus. Does Konica minolta machines have windows or Linux based operating system.

    Or can infected network can get the machine infected

    In case of machine - short answer no (not yet), in case of Fiery print controller such as IC-306, IC-413 or Creo - it is possible. Machines were based on VxWorks, now they are based on Linux - so they are pretty hard to infect.

      Its possible but much easier ways to brick a copier.
      Those little usb drives with capacitors that discharge come to mind
