    Could be the media type. If the weight of the paper is greater thatn 80gsm it could cause banding as described. You can adjust the 2nd transfer voltages in service mode

    If it is on all colours, I would suspect the transfer belt or roller. Also, use the magic wand on the inside of the door to clean the printheads.

    It may be dirt in the optics of the laser, it has to be disassembled and cleaned well

    there is a setting for adjusting transfer voltage of trail edge.
