    [CQ] Bizhub 920 Odd LD spread... Never seen it like this before?

    Never seen the LD be so far apart...

    PM was just done and DV. New charge unit was just put in.

    Everything looks good as far as i can tell, prints ok too just worried.

    Drum is at 380K of 1M, but we usually let them run long....

    ideas?

      I looks to me like transfer. Around 6M I changed the transfer belt assy on a PRESS 1052 to resolve this. The belt alone did not help. Using conductive grease on the transfer contacts made a temporary improvement (1 week/100K images).
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
