    [Misc] DV411 Trickery

Any one else to comment on how handy a DV411 has become on things like DV311 and DV512's?

Now really no need to buy and dev tanks??

We only use OEM toner and change the drums at 130%, this allows us to reset the units with the reset tool from Katun part number 48218

We have tried the DV411 but you have to get the weights right , then reset the unit and yes it can work

Have anyone tried to put DV512K (whole unit) instead DV512C/M/Y? Developer should be the same, only toner colour is different.

Yes all you need to do is do about 60 A3 halftones at 255 and the correct colour would eventually come through.

Thanks, that's exactly what I thought. I'm asking this just in case of dev unit failure before EOL. Hope I won't need this.
