Bizhub 363 DF-621

Working on this Bizhub 363 and keep getting Jam 66-02 the feeder will scan all the sheets in but when the last one comes out it says there is a jam? but if i hold down on the top corner of the feeder it works fine (right about where it latches on the gear side but the latch is not broke) Ive replace the A143PP9R00 Gear Assy but no good even though the other one fell apart when i took it off. Thanks

replace the latch? I believe the part number search calls it a "knob". also might check the sensors in the feed path, could be dusty.

Get the new style "paper present" actuator and it's associated magnet. Very common issue when running @ 70 OPM.
