Can anyone please give me details on how to setup ifax on a konica minolta 250
and are there any extra options required for it

You must have the fax option installed. Then you simply enter an email address instead of a fax number and your fax goes to that email address in a fax format ( with the fax header ). Other wise you simply scan to email.
