Hi guys
I have a B227 throwing C9401.
I have replaced the complete CCD unit and MFP board,updated to latest firmware but still no luck.
The code comes up straight away,trouble reset but as soon as i reboot the code comes straight away.
Any ideas?

Did you try cleaning the white reference or slit glass?

A solution might help full from old Bizhub's. Check the scanner for any bending. Sometimes it got bend down from front left corner. Check the scanner assemble from few few feet away from front side, whether it is perfectly horizontal. Image.jpg
