    no power

    Hi we have a KM c284e that has lost power.Changed the lead and power board and switch,check the socket zilch.Nothing moving no fans,only the green light on the ethernet connector.Anyone had anything similar?Thank you for any suggestions.

    Any readings on multimeter when you check voltages on MFPB and PRCB?

      It's probably something with the Ram, MFB pwb, ssd. Did you try and update firmware, sometimes this will bring it back to life.

        SSD problem ....Try with another SSD to wake up the machine and send the SSD to KM
