Hidden Self diagnostics

Ok folks, I know that there is a hidden access procedure to get into self diagnostics on a c368. For the life of me, I cannot recall what it is and it is NOT in the SM. I thought it was Clr>2 from the service mode. But apparently I am wrong. Does anyone remember what it is? Can't access self Diag through the service screen.

turn off machine main sw wait ten seconds hold panel power button turn machine on when it beeps release power button
