I recently installed a two B4050's on site with user authentication and the one just stopped printing. The wierd thing is when I ping the machine it responds and I am able to log on to the web interface
I have since formatted that HDD, updated the firmware with no luck; I then put in another mfp board and the machine began to print. The machine worked well for two days and the client logged a call for the same issue again. After I put in a mfp board from another machine it prints. So I am not sure if the port keeps blowing or is there a setting i am missing, what I have also noticed is once it stops printing I am unable to disable the user authentication on the machine.
I have also installed a loan B20 and it has been working fine so I guess the is no short coming from the switch.
