Bizhub C224e always defaults to staple and seperate scan,

The Machine always goes back to staple on,and separate scan on even after I turn off and apply to current setting???

I would try "Factory Defaults", But definitely hit it with Firmware.

set the panel the way you want it to be. go to utility, user settings, copier settings, display settings. current settings, to retain how you set it, or factory default for standard setup.
