Konica C654 jam 32-05 on duplex

Low meter c654 with 25K total meter. If you make 1 duplex copy...prints fine. Make 2 duplex copies....prints fine. The moment customer tries to make 3 duplex copies or more you get a 32-05 jam code. Single sided prints always fine. No jamming. PS39 exit sensor replaced. Fuser replaced with known good fuser. Duplex cover removed to clean duplex sensor.

Still jams. the 3rd sheet just kind of folds up in the yellow exit assy before entering the duplex unit. Maybe one of the 2 motors in the duplex unit not turning fast enough screwing up the timing but that would be unusual in such a super low meter unit. Any input appreciated.

You can get 32-05 jams when the registration paper dust collector is full, then it overflows into PS38 and PS40. Once this happens it's necessary to remove the 2nd transfer section from the door to properly clean all the paper dust out of PS38 and PS40. I have a few attentive users that will tap out the registration paper dust collector at toner cartridge changes. It solves a lot of paper jamming issues. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Check the turn over guide. There is a foam pad that prevents the guide from making noise when moved. Because of the heat from the fuser it deteriorates and causes the guide to stick. When this happens it will either come back slow or not at all.
