hmmm. I wonder wonder wonder what the jam codes are? What weight of media, what tray settings, what curl settings? Suction feed or roller feed?

    Nope, I give up. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'm guessing J-2101. Try running it SEF other than that good luck.

Change to a different brand of paper. We have an entire fleet of 951's, 1100's jamming with J-2101 due to paper problems. Particularly that Boise X9 that Officemax sells so cheap.

If its running from normal trays(no vacuum feed) if the separation roller is on its way out it makes the slightest bent on the paper edge and you get J2101!
If the paper was pre-printed and cut with a blunt blade J2101.
If the transfer belt and parts are over yield...
If the picker pawl assy is faulty or the picker pawls are blunt...

            Set machine to separation priority.
Make sure paper grain is in the feed direction, if not get other paper.
Make sure the paper is dry. Try turning paper upside down in the tray.
If its got the optional trays then run it from tray 4(straight thru).
If its doing that on the second side check for curl.

Its a pain in the ass.
            Whatever

Is the media type selected for the correct color of paper? I know it sounds silly, but the optical sensors respond differently (less light reflected back) from dark colored papers. Warm colors like red and purple are the worst. I can't tell you how many times I went out to the school to remove a drum wrap of red or purple paper. Use your media settings. =^..^=
