    Dirty print (vertical magenta and cyan lines - about 225mm long) KM BizHub PRO C6500e

    Hi,

    I have a problem with my KM C6500, since last week i have a vertical magenta and cyan lines for about 225mm long. After dirty lines the print is clean for about 400mm and after this it's dirty again (clean->dirty->clean->dirty->clean...).
    Do you have anu idea whats wrong?

      Try to print test pages from service mode (test patern output mode,patern 53,density 125) ,one by one color only and check is dirt on every color or not.
      Is it every time same lenght of dirt, 225mm?

          225mm is a drum, probably magenta, but you'll be able to tell by looking. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
