The MFP boards are different between BH223/283 and BH363/423. Also, you have to take the NVRam from the original MFP and install it on the replacement MFP

because the boards marry their respective hosts.
you may get lucky and check/change the machine type when booting from a FW stick, may be the correct machine and type to the serial# of the host.
if the machine and type are correct, try moving over the PRCB it was initially married to.
which SSD card did you install on this one?

Bizhub 223 with C-C163
Does anyone know what might be causing this problem? I replaced the mfp from one machine to another due to a different problem. Now it codes C-C163.
I tried firmware but it doent give the mfp as an option too update.
Any ideas?
