KonicaMInolta C 500 - makes 10-18 copies/printer stocks and stop

J have a problem with copier bizhub c 500. It makes 10-18 copies and stop. it dosen't mary it is copies or printer.

When J resume green GO, it makes another 10-18 copies and then stop.

Any idea?
