    8 series intermittent jamming from all trays

    CAUSE: Paper feed roller (p/n A00J563600) is slipping on the hub.

    SOLUTION: As a temporary solution glue the feed roller to the hub.

      i still use A00J on 8 series, no problem so far

        what does "glue the feed roller to the hub" mean?


        I do not understand what is meant by a hub

          It's 'Nabe' in German I believe
          The black plastic center part of rollers. Imagine feed drive rotates this hub but the rubber roller is sleeping on hub.
