[Misc] How much are companies charging for maintenance including toner?

We are charging 0.02 cent per page B/W and 0.04 cent per page color. We are losing money??? The cost of Fusers, toner, image units (we rebuild) is eating our profits. What are other companies doing?

You miss most important info, what type of machines?
But 0,04 per color is pretty much low however in my opinion.
Are you use all OEM for maintenance?

For the cost, it seems to be monochromatic. It would be better if you said the model of the equipment.

2 cents on B&W is not out of line... 4 cents on color is what's killing you.

Last couple of places I worked, B&W was 1-2 cents per page (depending on how far out they were from the shop), and color was 10-18 cents. Lower volume customers were usually billed a minimum with a built in number of clicks, and cpc on anything over... High volume customers were strictly cpc.

B&W is 1-2 cents per page and color 2-4 cents per page but we do not include the color toner, that is billed extra.

if it is business class .04 is way too low. needs to be at least .08 for color. 04 would be ok on production.

                        Hello

You make the calculations of cost per page of each machine ?

Konica A4 has a higher cost per page than A3.

Konica C227 has a higher cost per page than C258.

                        Their prices includes paper ?

                        Regards
