Hi there all
we have the same model c6085 with print counter around 1041257,we replaced drum set KMCY,DEVELOPER SET KMCY,
first transfer rollers,MCY,transfer belt and done the associated adjustments.
The problem is that after running few prints random codes,c-4641,4642,4643,4644 are thrown I/O PUT tests for shutter and shutter motor home position sensor tests passed ok.....any help????

photos of prints? on long sheets as well as 12x18 or 11x17. looking for repeater marks...

What about the fusing temperature adjustment when you printing on think paper..??? try that.
