I have a C364 with firmware version G00-72 that I'm trying to scan to e-mail using Office365. I read on some previous threads that I need to update to a special firmware so this machine will support TLS 1.2 . Can anyone give a link to the firmware and any other special instructions that I might have to take in order to do that?

Yes there is 'Version up' firmware to enable various new features that are available on later models. (see attached)
