    How to recover bizhub c360 from previous data

    I Hello Good evening, this is my first time posting problem like this
    i accidentally click the “clear all data” from tech rep mode
    system 1>initialize>clear all data

    my question is there any procedure to restore the data to my previous data?

    after i accidentally click the clear all data it was fresh and remove all my user’s account registered and
    all counter list of each account. Im in trouble.

    any idea and help to restore from previous data.

      Unfortunately don't think you can recover data clear. You will have to setup all the user names, etc.
