    [CQ] KM c364e

    Hi...im quiet new in km brands...does anyone could tell me ,how you guys usually check the machine colour or calibration or stuff like checking the color tone and normal service..

    When i start servicing machine that i dont know, i start reading service manual

      Are you sure you are not new to copiers in general? Even if you are an end user and need help with a "specific" issue many here will help you. But we can't help you to basic troubleshoot a copier! Like other poster said get the service manual and read it, there are step by step instructions on how to check & do adjustments, etc.

          On every machine that can print from USB (or print from PC), I print these:
          Attached Files
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
