No offense. But China has more than 1.3 billion people, has many many companies like any countries.
before you order, you need to know this company to see if them professional or not, ask them to send you pictures.

i can understand your emotion, but your post is not fair to someone is doing serious business in China.

i cooperate with a Chinese supplier for more than 8 years, and i ask picture before the order, before shipment. they are doing great.
