Re: Bizhub c224e HDD Format Question
Just follow the manual, there's really no need to preformat HDD, also Emperon controller is Linux system so why Windows partitions?A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

Re: Bizhub c224e HDD Format Question
Thanks for the info.
So say I took a 320gb drive from a laptop that had Windows XP installed on previously, I would usually plug the drive into a USB caddy to format in Windows.
Using Win 10 the only options I have is to format as NTFS or exFAT which option should I choose!?

Re: Bizhub c224e HDD Format Question
you never ever ever format a HDD going into a copier.
just remove all the partitions in disk management, create a single partition and unplug. do not format.
install in copier then follow previous advice.
