HP 9850 mfp firmware needed

I have a HP 9850 mfp which is a Konica Minolta C500.
I need the latest firmware to solve some copy quality issues.
I'm afraid to use Bizhub C500 pro firmware because I'm not sure if it is the same. The version on the machine is 43-0000

HELP...
