look in programs and features for the fiery software and see if there is a reinstall option that may be just for the fiery program without redoing windows.
or see if there is a restore point you can go back to in case anything changed that lost the communication to the machine.
reinstall the whole master install from the DVD within windows without having to boot to it.
honestly when i run into stuff like this and the customer does not want to clear the queue, ill install a 320G HDD and just reinstall everything and see if it works again.
at least within an hour i can see if its hardware or software causing it. thats my safety net.Leave a comment:
