So we have a customers di650 displaying that the FN-6 that is attached and working does not perform functions (olny punches cant select fold, staple, ect).
WE tyied to replicate this error and couldn't't
I came in this morning and actually got the same error for no reason on our work machine. I swiched the stacker unit 3 times but got nowhere. also I knowtaced on the pre-run of the fn-6 the folding knife doesn't do a 2st home check, but all the stacker units dont now. doubght it was 2 board gone bad in a week.
EDIT: Olny getting a f77-25 now, if we dont get it, the folding knife doesn't do a home position check, changed all sensors.
