Why no Printed Cover Insertion in Booklet Mode?
Talking here about the Minolta Di-351 + Pi-3502 Postscript and PCL drivers as well as the Di-450 + Pi-5501 and/or Pi-5500 Postscript.
Why one cannot select in the Booklet Mode the option that the Cover Insertion Page is printed? It gives a warning about a conflict in the settings.
Is there a workaround to print a 16 page size-A4 Word Document as a booklet (The resulting booklet would than be a landscape orientated A4 if opened, meaning that the pages each are scaled down to A5) with an individual cover with possibly printing on both sides too?
