Hi guys, has anyone experienced the blank screen on the bizhub C257i? The factory firmware was "old": G00-18. Now I have upgraded to G00-E9 and I hope I have fixed it.

Make sure you are at at the correct function version. I believe it is version 2.0 for the latest firmware. -

I don't think C257i ever had version 1.0. It was launched with version 2.0Comment
