konica minolta bizhub 368e with pc 415 jam

I am getting a 16-01 jam code.. pretty much jams in the pinch of the sep/feed tire.. wont make it out of the drawer.. replaced all 3 feed and sep tires
with an aftermarket source.. not sure if that is my issue as it worked for 100 copies then crapped the bed.. also with that drawer when the paper lifts it
sometimes clunks around 300k on the tray. any ideas? I really don't want to replace the whole unit if you know what I meann.
    thanks all

clean the one ways and scuff the shafts.
also adjust the actual tray door towards you so it (body of the tray) pushes in further. this will engage the lift coupler better and can put better pressure on the take-up on the paper.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Re: konica minolta bizhub 368e with pc 415 jam

ok I scotch brighted the shafts. still jams.. so I watched the operation with the lower right door open. and I see what its doing.. the paper is being lifted too high in the front of the machine and lower in the back.. so right off the bat when it feeds it is squewed . now to figure why the paper is lifting crooked.. which was the problem all along.. not really a paper feed issue but a paper lifting issue.. I see wires that look fine but obviously I cant make it lift and watch the lifting procedure or can i> what do you all think about this? thanks a mill

totally fixed it by the wire being re routed. I would have never seen it if I wouldnt have opened the side door and watched it lift crooked.
              thanks for all your help!

sorry for posting so much.. I see that when you pull the drawer open when there is a jam or paper in the tray. it is so heavy that it drops and that cable comes out of the plastic holder.. I wonder if there was a bulletin on this. or a field fix? like I said I am sorry for posting so much. it was fine till I added more paper and was going to test it..drawer came out paper dropped cable came out
