    Minolta Di251f Print issues

    I moved the machine from one customer to a different customer. Machine worked OK at first location. Then I tried to connect print to new location after I changed the IP address to 200.200.200.51. Now I can open a browser and ping the IP as well as from the CMD prompt. I can open the MFPcenter but cannot print. Maybe the NIC needs reset? How to reset NIC? Any other solutions?

    BTW am printing from WINXP. using the drivers from minolta website. Any known issues?

    If you are using TCP/IP to print to the copier, then go into the printer properties and go to the 'Ports' tab.

    Click on 'Configure Port' and check your RAW port number. The default RAW port number on the Pi3502's was '10001' and not '9100' which is the Windows default.

    Print out a NIC Configuration page from the Web Interface and look for 'Base Port' down the bottom of the page. This will tell you which RAW port number to use.
    Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
