Bizhub 163 USB printing issue

Hi all,

got a problem with a 163 has a intemitant problem. When they sometimes print half the page will be what they are printing and the other half will be what i can only descirbe as white noise or a big barcode. Also sometime it will print half of the page they are printing and the other half will contain info of something they had printed previously in the day.

I have upgraded firmware changed printboad / cable.....etc

Anyone had anything like this?

What about copying ? Is that fine ? I mean, tried to eliminate whether is hardware issue or software issue.

Have you tried to print from another PC ?
