    C554e Yellow Color Problem

    Hello everyone,
In our store we have a Konica Minolta C554e machine. Lately, we strated having some issues with the yellow color.
Any image containing yellow will have a number of horizontal lines.
We tried changing the drum unit as well as the developer unit, but the problem unfortunately wasn't solved.
Please check the attached image which contains the result of the Gradation test.
What could be causing the problem other than the drum and the developer units?

Make test page at A3 and stop it mid print to see what's the image on ITB looks like. With everything fine with Y drum and Dev you may have bad primary charge(inside belt).

You say you cleaned the laser glass but sometimes if the tool is old / worn it doesn't do a good job at cleaning. Shine a torch / flashlight in to visually check the glass is clean.

If the device is in a dusty location you may even need to remove the laser to clean internally.
