        To answer your question, he's already replaced the clutches and sensors for tray 2. First I would replace all three tires and clean the one-ways in tray 2 and make sure the double feed prevent assembly is working properly, replace PS19, reseat the connectors on the PRCB, reflash firmware and if none of that resolved replace the PRCB. It's stream feeding, so either the DFPR is shot, which he already replaced, the feed clutch is shot, which he already replaced, or the clutch is just not receiving its signal to turn off, PS19 not working or the PRCB.
