therm.jpg black sticker is normal. just clean the burned toner off it with IPA and a q-tip
fwiw this one is out of a scrap c454 fuser. its the same 152#
steal one from an old scrap fuser or just clean yours

ROFL, just remembered its a thermal SWITCH cutoff, if you push it, the bi-metal pops and stops the flow of AC to the lamps.
if you smack it on the table button side down it will likely reset and let the voltage through.
i used to pop reset those things daily when i worked on kyoceras.
    see video above

    good luck!

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Does the error message C39250 need to be reset first? Or could it be a faulty sensor or the heat lamp that is broke. The hole thing was working before I took it apart.

you must perform a trouble reset after any fuser or lamp code.
        do that and reboot.
