[CQ] Konica Minolta Bizhub C258 Mono / Greyscale Image Quality

I have a copy quality issue on a bizhub C258, only on the greyscale / mono prints

There was a mark on the transfer belt initially so I changed the transfer belt sleeve in oppose to the transfer belt unit - this is the first time I've done this and I'm not sure how succsesful this is or not. Any comments on this method please let me know.

I also changed the Drum unit and changed the black developer unit - problem still persisted.

Its only happening on mono / greyscale prints. - so I'm this steers me away from the transfer belt as this would happen on all of the colours.

Any help or suggestions much appriciated.

Ok, so was it doing this before you changed the belt?

Was the drum unit new? Genuine?

Have you cleaned the sight glass under the drums ?

Have you run the calibrations in the service screen?

It has had a new remanufacured drum (k) x 2

Cleaned the lsit glass on the laser unit,

Run all of the calibrations in service mode.

Before we changed the belt unit we had a mark on the prints, so the image below is before the transfer belt replacement.

Pull laser unit to clean the glass. The wand does not always clean the glass good enough
