BIZHUB C454E corrugated prints and photocopies

I have this problem with wavy prints and copies, it appears at the exit of the fusing unit, I replaced the fusing unit but the problem persists, I changed the type of paper, opening a new pack, thinking it was damp, all I had to do was replace the paper exit motor !! I thank anyone who can give me a suggestion

Wrong gear ratio between switchback and exit unit. If it got a white drive gear on the exit unit change it to a black one or VS.
Can't remember the right color right now. You have an exit unit from a 554 machine on there would be my best assessment.

Verify that its got the right gear on the exit unit. The unit that sits on the door top side.
    Whatever

is there orange dust on the door by the fuser drive? take off the cover around the green fuser wheel and look for rust.
you may be able to squirt IPA on the clutch on the fuser drive to see if it goes away temporarily.
ive replaced several fuser drives and many had that symptom.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

Thanks guys I solved it with your suggestions the problem was the white gear.....it needed as you suggested the black one for the bizhub c 454e copiers I assume that the white gear is for the c554e.....now I wonder is the white gear replaceable? or do I have to buy the whole assembly again?, and anyway a thank you to Allan and Sintholol ...a hug

You could also adjust the fuser speed and see if that helps (increase speed), but I would only do that as a temporary fix until you can dig into the drive.

Just change the gear if memory serves. Easy to do
