Getting drum error indicators (usually open/close front cover & notice goes off). Also print jobs have been noticeably printing slower (this issue may be network related). And lastly prints are curling. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Remove & clean all drum contacts.

Update the firmware & function version.

Curling pints is usually caused by damp / poor quality paper / high humid environment.

Check your TCR values. In Load check verify toner addition.

Does the machine have a finisher / job sorter, or just an output tray? If Output tray, does it have the correct output tray? It's not the same as the 36 page/minute and slower i-machines. The 45 page/minute and up requires the OT-513. If you have the correct output tray or a job sorter, there are some "service only" replacement parts for the exit unit if curling is still a problem.

If you have a finisher, there is nothing I know to help with that other than use quality paper.
