    BHC364 Cyan DV Problem

    I have replaced the drum and CYan DV unit with all new DV unit,DV and all new Drum
    i get this after about 10 copies or less
    see pic
    can someone tell me why this is happening and can it be fixed65176063711.jpg

      Cyan developer unit costs a fortune did you replace it with new OEM?

        Your cyan Dev unit dumped (the most common dev unit to dump). As has been discussed many different posts on this forum "Any color" over life drum or transfer belt can cause a "different" color dev unit to dump.

        Check other drums, if any at 0 % replace them. Once all the drums are good you will need to replace cyan dev unit or bring it back to life (also discussed on this forum many times) Use search top right corner. You may want to search forum on how to use the way less expensive black dev unit for colors. There is a way to do it and save a lot of $$$
