    KONICAMINOLTA C364e PROBLEM WITH MAGENTA

Color prints come out in a magenta color regardless of the actual color, resulting in magenta staining. Additionally, the developer turns black after printing, losing the magenta color. I have already replaced the image units, developer, transfer belt, and performed cleaning on the back of the machine behind the motherboard.

    Any suggestions?

if a new unit fixes it for a little while but goes bad again, i would say clogged of toner hopper.

Are you referring to the one on the side or the one at the back of the machine? I also cleaned the one at the back since it had toner in it, and I thought that would solve the problem, but it still persists.
