    what can I do?
is there a repair firmware for an error in the cpu
Could be the CPU. 9/10 for me is my stick or the way I am extracting the firmware off my pc. If I pull the firmware from my local storage and extract it in the local storage then transfer it to a usb it fails a lot if i pull the zip file to the desktop extract it on the desktop then to a flash drive that has been FAT32 formatted with the HP formatter it works 9/10.
    Attached Files
    Permanently banned from Konica SSD.

Such a symptom indicates that the SSD/STRG-B has been damaged, the simplest solution is to insert a blank 16/32GB SD card into the slot in the CPU-B module and upload the Firmware, if the machine boots it means a damaged SSD/STRG-B. There is no need to remove the SSD/STRG-B from the module, the device will automatically switch to bootUP mode from the SD card, quick and simple operation, and you can leave the device running for the user until the SSD/STRG-B is replaced.
I've tried using boot troubleshooters, but the damage on CPU-B and STRG-B is mostly hardware-related, so the program can't fix anything. Damaged CPU-B modules can now be repaired cheaply.
It is worth checking if it is possible to upload the SSD driver > Machine/Type > 172938 from the keyboard on the right.
      I wish you good luck.

This is great idea! Thanks Marek

Speaking of SD card, would be interesting to see how the MFP performs with a good quality high speed card as a "permanent solution".

I would imagine it would run slow as the read / write speed on a SD card is considerably slower that an SSD.

Yeah probably, guess a highspeed sd card might be able to perform like an old school HDD wich isn't bad but slower than any SSD/nVME of course.
We also don't know how the controller for the SD card slot might perform. Still I'd give it a shot the next time we'll face a bad SSD (luckily this has become very rare).

ssd/strg-b it is not damaged. it was tested in another copier and it works...

there is a reset firmware for the cpu?

I have already tested with the fw AA2J0Y0-F000-GXX-34(00) and it tells me everything is ok
