    Konica Minolta Bizhub c284e LCT Power

    I have bizhub c284e, where the lct is not working( not even shown in the web settings page ). After trying a lot of things on the internet nothing wroked for me.
    I found by accident that there are two power plugs on the printer (one male and other female), and only the male is plugged and I thought maybe the other one is to power the lct ??
    Please if anyone can tell me, and if I'm right please send me a picture of how you plugged it to the lct

      I think I'd check the Management List for any associated errors. I'd also try a system reset in service mode. I don't think that you can do either of these things remotely.
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          This is old machine and with 2 trays working I really wouldn't bother too much about LCT not working if anything else is good.
          Btw you are on wrong way. And even assuming that means to me not to encourage anything you easy can break your machine not knowing what to do.
          Most probably your LCT is isolated for whatever reason.

              First confirm you have the correct LCT, PC-410. Both connectors have to be plugged in. See attached install instructions, specifically page 3. Check for the other connector down inside LCT, remove LCT rear cover if you can't find it. Or the machine could be sitting on the connector?

                  Thank you so much bro copyman 🙏🙏, I found the answer in the manual you sent, I had to connect two cables coming from the PC-410 to the printer.
