Do you have 2 bars or 4 on the screen at that time?
If you have 2 bars, and blue lamp is on, it says DIMM failure. Since you had the purple power light it's likely you have 2 RAM DIMMs installed. Try them one by one in the primary slot. According to this one or both may be bad.
If you have 4 bars it says you have an MFPB failure but also suggest this could be memory related.
Given this additional information I may want to take back my "put an SSD in it" recommendation.
there are two bars.
There is a single 2 GB PC5300 ram. on dimm port 0 I tried putting it on dimm port 1, no improvement.
I also tried with another bar.You do not have permission to view this gallery.

I forgot to specify, before the printer no longer started, it remained on preparation of the user box. The memory displayed at the top right of the screen was at 2% normally it is around 100%
thank you in advance for your helpComment

Are you sure that other stick is good? Got an old laptop you can run memtest with to be sure?
Either way we have to rule out the RAM or the SSD. One of those two is bad. RAM is a little easier to swap around than data on the SSD.Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

Use the Konica Mobility Print App. It doesn't use AirPrint but allows printing from mobile devices. You may as well turn off apple talk. Mac OS X hasn't supported it in a long time.Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

I'm still using iOS 16, so I didn't have any problems before changing the SSD card. Do you have any idea why I can't activate airprint?Comment
